While you can resolve most flooring claims on-site with the ITEL Now app, in some cases you’ll need to send a physical sample. ITEL recommends keeping 20 envelopes and labels on hand to send samples for your claims.
The ITEL Now Mobile Toolkit is required to send a flooring test with the ITEL Now app. Choose a right- or left-handed kit. If you need a replacement kit, see your team manager.
State Farm P&C Claims has authorized leadership, Reinspectors, in-office claim handlers and in-office trainers to have an ITEL Now app account and download the app in order to be familiar with the app that Proximity claim handlers are using. However, only Proximity claim handlers and Proximity trainers are authorized to order kits. Please reach out to a CFEU Analyst if you have any questions on the kits.

The ITEL Now Toolkit includes a shaving tool that requires a moderate amount of hand pressure and dexterity. Select the right- or left-handed option based on the hand you normally use with manual tools.
Only order these supplies when replacing items in the ITEL Now Mobile Toolkit. All replacement items are already included in new toolkits; you do not need to order the items separately when ordering a new toolkit.
